At the opening of a museum or exhibition, we always order additional labels for internal use during the repair process. Because our stock system is going to change, we will soon no longer keep labels in stock. Any additional labels we still may have in stock, will be send to you to have at hand should you need them.
When we receive a Podcatcher from you in need of repair, we will always try to transfer the label onto the new player first. Sometimes this is not possible, in that case you will receive a new player with our label. Of course, this also applies for IDentifier labels.
It is therefore important for you to have enough labels in stock yourself to be able to change a label when necessary. It goes without saying that we will continue to order labels for you.

If you need extra labels soon, or want to order additional labels, please let us know in time. This can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo or the .ai design of the label you want to (re)order.
